We bought this monitor for our daughters room (on Newegg), which functions as both a TV (HDMI->HDMI) and a Computer Monitor (DVI->DVI), and it works flawlessly. The picture is crisp and bright for the TV portion, and fantastic on the Computer portion as well. The speakers, like all internal monitor speakers, dont go loud, but are perfect for a bedroom type area. We arent really concerns about the wattage the monitor draws, ...more
[2] Rating: 4 Date: 2009-09-30 Summary: Great Monitor ... Just brought this monitor and so far its pretty good. I have it connected to my laptop via HDMI which categorizes it as a Digital Television. The quality of movies is great. There is some lag when you watch movies with Windows Media Player. To solve this problem I watch movies with VLC Media Player. Had some problems setting it up because it doesn't come with a manual. This monitor is a step up from similar priced monitors because it is full HD 1080p.
