It works great, shipped quickly, has a nice, heavy, solid feel to it that anything power related should if you expect it to last long at all. Unfortunately, it wasn't my problem, and I suspect that it might not be yours, either. If you have a Compaq or HP computer whose charge light mysteriously goes off goes on and off, or goes off until you jiggle the cord, then your issue is likely not your power cord; it's the DC connector on the laptop.
